EASY! Just decide on the package you want to purchase and click on the link! Select the date you want and submit payment.

The studio will reach out once payment for the session is completed to go over details about your session.

MINI SESSIONS: They are only available on certain dates and usually on weekends. We open up all available slots 1 month prior on the 1st. For example, we release all available slots for June on May 1st at 10AM PST. We have found this is the most fair option considering how many inquiries come in each month. The links on our Bookings page will become active at 10AM on the 1st. We suggest setting an alarm or reminder in your phone to notify you when the links go live since the slots can go fast.

If a client cancels (or when our schedule allows us to add a new appointment) we send out an email notice to all waitlisted clients and the first to respond, gets the date.

A non-refundable FULL PAYMENT of is required to complete your scheduled appointment. You will receive an email within a couple hours of booking your session. If you fail to pay your booking fee, your spot will not be secured and will be offered to other potential clients.

Payment can be made with credit card or Paypal.

We understand that things happen but since our demand is so high and we have a limited number of shoots to offer per week, it makes rescheduling pretty difficult. We highly suggest you try to stick to your scheduled shoot. Please note that if you absolutely must reschedule, it will take longer to get back on the books since demand is so high.

Cancellations made 3-7 Business days before your shoot will incur a $150 rescheduling fee.

Cancellations made under 3 business days before your scheduled appointment time will be considered lost and you will need to repay a new session fee.

The session fee is a NON REFUNDABLE RETAINER so please be sure you are committed when paying your retainer.

*The only exception for a refund is if PORTRAIT STUDIO needs to reschedule. We reserve the right to refuse to work with anyone who does not respect our time and efforts to serve all of our clients fairly.*

The mini session fee includes 2 high resolution edits, the full session includes 4 high resolution edits and the full session includes 3 high resolution edits each.

When it comes to the face, we do minimal retouching. Therefore, we will remove blemishes but will not remove your laugh lines/crows feet/etc.

Any extra retouching will be charged at $45 per image.

We currently have a high volume of edit requests so turn around time is 5-7 business days!*

*If you're in a rush, there will be an additional fee per photo for a quicker turnaround time.

We suggest you discuss with your agent/manager to know the looks you need prior to coming. It's best to come as organized as possible so we spend less time picking outfits and more time shooting.

If you need assistance in styling, we have a couple wonderful stylists who have helped clients make the most out of their session! Inquire in the contact box for their info.

We have a list of recommended MUA's that I love, however, you will have to coordinate scheduling them on your own. We no longer have the space or time to accommodate makeup and hair prior to your session. Please, ask for our list of MUA's when booking!

If you do decide to hire a MUA, please meet prior to your shoot at your place and have your first look makeup done. You are welcome to bring the MUA along to freshen you up during the shoot, but that will take away time from your session so plan accordingly.

My experience in fashion and beauty will make you look AMAZING with all my secrets for posing and lighting skin. It is not the same to light a 20 year old skin and a 50+ skin. I know how to do BOTH!

Also, i’m known for making women of all ages, shapes and sizes look amazing in photographs. I GOT YOU! :-)

Our studio is located in DTLA. We'll provide the exact address and parking instructions once you've been scheduled!

I totally understand that life happens! I do book in my hair & makeup artist's time to be at your photoshoot. Therefore, you are allowed one reschedule more than 7 days out from the shoot at no charge. If we have less than 7 days notice (or this is the second time you need to reschedule) we do charge a $150 rescheduling fee. This goes to compensate the hair & makeup artist for lost work. That said, hopefully this won't be an issue at all.

DUE TO COVID19 - we are being flexible with reschedules as we cannot photograph anyone who is sick or has any symptoms even if mild (runny/stuffy nose, cough, any kind of fever, etc). Our team will not work sick as well to keep you safe. We understand it is a challenging time and will accommodate any COVID19 related reschedules.

Your choice! Even though I’m obsessed with B&W photography, I understand brands and agencies want images in color. We cater the images to your needs, not my obsession! :-)
